Does the condo have Internet access? Phone? Cable?
Yes the condo has high-speed Internet, unlimited long distance phone and cable TV.

Does the condo have a kitchen?
The condo has a full kitchen with flatware, placemats, utensils, and appliances (toaster, coffee maker, blender, you name it, we got one in the kitchen).

Do I need to bring my own linens?
You can if you would like but there is a good supply of sheets, blankets, towels, wash cloths, etc.

What are some of the activities on site?
The pool has always been my family's favorite, but there are also tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball, barbeque areas and pavilions, a weight room, 2 pools, playground, and jogging trails.

How much is the rent per day, per week, and per month?
Rental rates vary with the seasons, but normally it is $89 per night.

The condo can comfortly sleep six people. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two single size beds in the guest bedroom, and a pull out couch.

The moment you enter Legacy Dunes Resort through stately privacy gates, you will become enveloped in a tropical setting. The main pool will treat your senses to a Caribbean vacation. This 2/bd, 2/bath (sleeps 6), first floor condo has a nice screened patio seating area, and is conveniently located adjacent to the main clubhouse, fitness center, and zero entry walk-in resort-style swimming pool. Other resort amenities include; gated community, business center, 2 resort-style swimming pools, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, kids play ground, and picnic table with grill areas. The resort is located near Disney World, just 4 miles from the entry gate, and is close to shopping, dining, and other area attractions. Legacy Dunes is a great resort for the entire family to enjoy.
